Frequently Asked Questions

Is The Pilates Party right for me?

If you have an injury, you’re pre- or post-natal, you’ve never done Pilates before, or you have any other concern that a Pilates Party might not be right for you, contact us and we’ll set you up for a Party of One. Here you can work one-on-one with an instructor where we can get to know your body better, give you recommendations to what parties might work for you, and teach you modifications to implement in your practice.

What do I wear?

The Pilates Party is all about comfort. If you have form-fitting athletic wear, you’re basically there. It’s best if your clothes can move with you and stay out of your way. You won’t need shoes and socks are optional.

What equipment do I need?

All you need is an internet connection and a mat. A regular yoga mat is perfectly acceptable. If you want our recommendations or are looking for your new favorite mat, click here to see our favorites.

You’re welcome to incorporate hand weights, magic circles, or any other equipment if you want to challenge your workout even further. You can find our favorite add ons here. If you want to know more on how to incorporate them into your workout, contact us for a Party of One and we’ll teach you the ways!

Do you have a reformer, Cadillac, tower, barrel, or any other piece of apparatus you’d like to implement? We love apparatus and will be thrilled to work you out on it. Reach out to us for a Party of One and we’ll get those springs moving in no time! If we have enough interest in classes on the apparatus, we’ll open up some apparatus-based classes.

What if my friends and I want our own Pilates Party?

Don’t want any party crashers? No problem! Reach out to us and we can create a party just for you!

I want to participate in more parties but none are offered when I’m available, what do I do?

Contact us!! If you’re looking for a specific type of party or want a party at a specific time, let us know! If there is enough interest, you bet we’ll open up another class.
