Here’s my favorite question to ask when I’m thinking about goal setting:
What do you want for your 70-year-old self?
What do you want to be able to do?
What do you want your body to feel like?
What will be most important to you then?
It may not seem like it now, but the way our 70-year-old bodies feel and what they’ll be capable of doing will be determined by the way we treat our bodies and the routines we put in place today.
Fortunately, Pilates is a great start!
